Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enable macros or install anything?
No. The template uses no macros and runs in Excel 2010 or later and in LibreOffice.
What’s the difference between the individual and team licenses?
The individual license covers one person. The team license lets up to 5 users in the same organization use the kit.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and emails you the receipt.
How do I get updates?
For 12 months after purchase we’ll send you new versions of the kit at no extra cost.
Does it replace engineering judgment?
No. VesselCheck 510 is a support tool: results must be reviewed and signed off by qualified personnel under the applicable codes and regulations.
